In this article the authors consider medico-social researches from the point of view of bioethics. They touch upon problems of anonymity and confidentiality when carrying out medico- social researches and propose possible modes of them solution. The authors hold the opinion that availability of ethical estimation and approval of medico-social researches provide legitimacy and legality of their implementation, with ethic requirements acquire validity.
