The article presents an overview of modern research in the problem field of bioethics and medical law, presented in the framework of the 13th World Conference on Bioethics, Medical Ethics and Health Law, organized by the International Network of Bioethics Departments of UNESCO. The conference was attended by representatives from 77 countries of five continents, including 6 - from leading medical and humanitarian universities in Russia. To illustrate the current trends, a brief overview of the reports presented at the parallel sessions “Medical Ethics: Management” and “Ethical Aspects of Transplantation”, co-chaired by Russian scientists, is presented. In general, discussions organized within parallel sections demonstrated the relevance of bioethical issues in the medical practice of all countries, identified research trends in this field and revealed national characteristics.
В статье представлен обзор современных исследований в проблемном поле биоэтики и медицинского права, представленных в рамках 13-й Всемирной конференции по Биоэтике, медицинской этике и здравоохранительному праву, организованной Международной сетью кафедр биоэтики ЮНЕСКО. В конференции приняли участие представители из 77 стран пяти континентов, в том числе 6 ученых из ведущих медицинских и гуманитарных вузов России. В качестве иллюстрации современных тенденций представлен краткий обзор докладов, представленных на параллельных сессиях «Медицинская этика: менеджмент» и «Этические аспекты трансплантации», сопредседателями которых являлись ученые России. В целом дискуссии, организованные в рамках параллельных сессий, продемонстрировали актуальность биоэтической проблематики в медицинской практике всех стран, определили тенденции исследований в данном поле и показали их национальные особенности.
