A Round table on problems of inter-relations between health professionals and parents of children suffering from infectious diseases was held in the editorial staff of "Bioethics". It was mainly about inpatient treatment of such children and those conflicts that arise between physicians and parents in this situation. The Roundtable participants were almost unanimous in their assessments and proposed a series of measures for the prevention of conflicts between the medical staff and representatives of the child-patient. However, it was felt that a single ethical guidelines for such situations to develop not. Therefore, the decisive factor for overcoming contradictions with representatives of the child is the professionalism of the doctor, his moral training and legal knowledge.
В редакции журнала «Биоэтика» состоялся Круглый стол по проблемам взаимоотношений медицинских работников и родителей детей, страдающий инфекционными заболеваниями. Речь шла, в основном, о стационарном лечении таких детей и о тех конфликтах, которые возникают между врачами и родителями в этой ситуации. Участники Круглого стола были достаточно единодушны в своих оценках и предложили ряд мер по профилактике конфликтов между медицинским персоналом и представителями ребенка-пациента. Однако было высказано мнение, что единых этических рекомендаций для подобных ситуаций разработать нельзя. Поэтому решающим фактором для преодоления противоречий с представителями ребенка является профессионализм врача, его моральная подготовка и правовые знания.
