A special feature of the system is traceability of all technological chain stages from launching into production to shipment to a buyer in the 1C system: 1C: Production Management in real time and high-quality items production process management. The elaborated quality control system makes it possible identification of an employee committed nonconformity, the nonconformity type/amount, its dynamics over time, etc., as well as efficient working hours usage.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проблема контроля и оценки качества на заводах ЖБИ актуальна, поскольку эффективность служб управления качеством недостаточно высока из-за многих факторов отсутствия: квалифицированных сотрудников, регламентов управления несоответствующей продукцией (корректирующих действий) и др. В работе рассмотрена организация системы контроля качества железобетонной продукции, основанная на графическом интерфейсе. Особенностью данной системы является возможность отслеживания всех этапов технологической цепочки, от запуска в производство до отправки покупателю в системе 1С: УПП (Управление производством) в режиме реального времени и управление процессом выпуска качественной продукции.
